- A fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster and condiments provided, etc.)

- Separate toilet and plenty of storage space.

- The large living room offers optimal workspace, with a very good Wifi connection.
Finally, the apartment has been recently renovated with beautiful materials.

Traveler access
Travelers have access to the entire apartment.
Keys can be collected from the reception of the Ibis hotel at 46 rue Sainte, a few meters down the same street.
You will receive instructions on how to collect the keys at 12 noon on the day of your arrival.

Other remarks
Please note that the apartment overlooks the Cours Honoré Estiennes d'Orves, which is particularly lively in the evenings, so there may be some noise outside.

On arrival, you'll find a welcome kit in the apartment:
- Sheets and towels (one per person, size 140*70cm) ;
- Kitchen cloth;
- One Nespresso coffee capsule per person;
- Shower gel and shampoo for your arrival;
- One roll of toilet paper.
